Junk B Gone was founded in 2013 by Dewayne Long. Dewayne has loved digging in the garbage since he was six years old, often finding recyclable treasures among castoffs. Born in Lake Chelan and raised in Orondo, Dewayne came from a family of five that he credits with teaching him about the value of hard work and attitude. At the age of 18, Dewayne started his first antique business and began reclaiming pieces from corners and thrift stores. His ability and willingness to haul junk and recycle items eventually evolved into the junk hauling business he operates today.Dewayne loves working with clients in the Wenatchee Valley. Being able to grow up and work in the same region plays a huge role in community values and how he sees his job as a junk hauler. Over the years he has established a steady flow of repeat customers, something he is extremely proud of.
